A little history....
The Good Morning Ireland Radio Show is one of Chicago's most popular weekly radio shows featuring up-to-minute news and sports LIVE from Ireland, topical interviews, your requests and dedications, plenty of good music and a little bit of humour thrown in for good measure!  The show is broadcast on Saturdays from 1:05pm to 3pm on 1450 AM WCEV.  The show's original time slot was 9am to 11am - hence the name "Good Morning Ireland", however, when the show moved to its later time slot, it was already hugely popular and it was decided to retain its original name so that listeners wouldn't be confused. Sean Ginnelly, a native of County Mayo took over at the helm in October 2005 and continues the tradition of bringing you great "Irish Radio" each week.   We like to think of it as being your show - built around you the listener!  Tune in on Saturdays at 1:05pm and tell your friends too!
